1οΈβ£ Tariff
Room rates are for accommodation only.
Geyser (hot water) is extra chargeable, unless specified in the booking voucher.
Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes are non-refundable.
Extra person charge: βΉ350 per person.
Solo Indian travellers are not allowed. Only solo foreign nationals may stay alone.
2οΈβ£ Identity Verification (Check-in Requirement)
All guests must present valid government-issued ID:
Foreign nationals: Passport
Indian citizens: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport
β PAN Card is not accepted
Local ID cards are not accepted.
Guests under 21 years of age in unmarried couples are not permitted.
If valid ID is not provided, check-in will be denied without refund.
π« Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms during the stay.
3οΈβ£ Payment & Billing
100% advance payment is required at check-in.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards. β No personal cheques accepted.
Promo codes are valid only for online bookings; not applicable for offline/manual/spot bookings.
4οΈβ£ Check-in & Check-out Policy

π« Check-in after 10:00 PM is not permitted under any circumstances
Early Check-in (subject to availability):

6:00β8:00 AM β π΅ 50β100% of previous dayβs rate
9:00β10:00 AM β β Complimentary
Check-out time: π 9:00 AM
Late Check-out (subject to availability):

5οΈβ£ Room & Facilities
π« Room service is suspended.
β‘ Generator backup is available 24Γ7, but:
β AC and geyser will not work on generator
β οΈ In case of voltage fluctuations (common in Mayapur), AC performance may be affected. No refund will be provided.
6οΈβ£ Entry & Security
πͺ Main gate closes at 10:00 PM and reopens at 6:00 AM. Entry/exit during this time is restricted.
Guests must behave respectfully and not cause nuisance.
Hotel reserves the right to request any guest to vacate without prior notice or refund.
7οΈβ£ Cancellation & Refund
"EP" rate bookings are non-refundable & cannot be modified.
No-Show: βNo refund will be issued if the guest does not arrive on the check-in date.
Mid-Stay Cancellation: βIf the guest shortens their stay after check-in, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Due to Travel Disruptions: βStandard cancellation charges apply regardless of transport cancellations (train/flight/bus delays, etc.).
Extension of Stay: Subject to availability and will be billed at the current rate, which may differ from the original booking rate.

8οΈβ£ Guest Responsibility
Guests are liable for any damage to hotel furniture, property, or fixtures.
Smoking, alcohol, drugs, prostitution, gambling, contraband items, or pets are strictly prohibited ππ«πΎ
9οΈβ£ Legal & Rights Reserved
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings or deny check-in for failure to comply with rules.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings.
Using hotel photos/videos for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.
π Car Rental
π All car rental bookings (pick-up/drop) are non-refundable.
For same-day bookings, please call directly.
π Important Reminders
Accommodation only for registered guests.
Key collection and check-in must be done at reception.
Please maintain silence, especially during night hours (residential zone).
Dangerous or flammable items are strictly prohibited.
Luggage storage (at guestβs risk) available for up to 10 hours.
In exceptional cases, visitor entry to rooms is possible only with valid ID, front desk approval, and log entry.
Management may remove any guest violating hotel policy without prior notice.
